Instead, these models are made from innovative plant fibres or synthetic materials that mimic the appearance of real leather but are 100% animal-free. The visual resemblance is why they are referred to as vegan leather.

How to care for your leather backpack properly

It’s best to treat your leather backpack with a water-repellent spray before its first use and regularly thereafter—to protect it from moisture and prevent water stains.
